Customer service is hard but rewarding. Speed is necessary for flow of the restaurant which can be stressful at times but keeps you on your toes.
- Being stationed at the same position for the full 8 hours. There is no transitioning to a different position after break, just back to where you started. This happens most of the time. It is tiring.
- Lots of pressure especially in the kitchen. Expectations of sandwiches to be made once said.
