The upper management do not care at all about employees or their wellbeing. No WSIB and no private insurance so if you get hurt at work, too bad. The speak up line is a joke. If anyone actually responds to your concern it will be months later and through a phone call to tell you that you are wrong. There is zero incentive to stay with this company. They offer only the bare minimum legal standards and sometimes not even that. They consistently go against labour laws and when it is pointed out to them the person who points it out gets treated like garbage. They are so wasteful, throwing out thousands of dollars worth of toys and furniture when rebranding but don’t have any money in the budget for a holiday party. The only concern for this company is money, they don’t care at all about staff and the children are just a paycheque.

They say you get them but rarely do. The management had a rule in place to call the supervisor the night prior by a certain time if you are sick or else you were expected to show up to work and possibly infect everyone around you. Even following that rule not all were granted and certain staff were favoured over others many times.

They expect you come on time while there is no set time to leave and if you don’t stay, they get upset. There is no overtime.
They are going downhill FAST!!! If they're giving signing bonuses then they're in deep trouble! If you are going to work there, ask for a high wage. Everyone bids for their wage. The person next to you doing the exact same job is probably making more than you.
I have direct experience working with children and really enjoy the atmosphere. However, I do not have an E.C.E. diploma. Is a diploma required to work here?
Yes everyone should have a diploma in ECE but there are some posiitons that just require high school diploma which are ECA
