I had a great team to work with but customer complaints were very stressful. The whole burden was on customer service reps. We were basically problem solvers when anything went wrong.
long hours, stressful dealing with complaints, under-paid
Doing confirmation and assisting customer over the phone. Good communication is key when dealing with customer. Management support is vital to run a National commercial sales Division of $180.000.000. Team is just as important. Helping customer and providing the right solution. Everyday there is new challenges and problem solving.

I enjoyed my time working for this company, the team I worked really helped me grow and develop my skills.You are given all the tools that you would need to solve any problems that may arise and if not there is always a person that help a call away. The managers are very accommodating, if you are a student they work around your schedule. There is no problem with requesting time off.

when I was first at the brick, I enjoyed the challenges involved in working to make any difficult issues easier while respecting the needs of both company and client. upon returning from mat leave, finding a new corporate management team, the many changes in place, changed my opinion

sometimes its more challenging when customer's demands are high and you are the one someday where customer releases all the frustration you have handle and make them happy with your brainy skills.
keep my self busy with phone lines in the morning and emails . I enjoyed worker there with the hours I received worked round my life style. the hardest thing I had to deal with was some of the management and the language bearer at times .

The brick was an okay place to work part time. its a great opportunity to gain experience in the retail industry and get a feel for it. The staff was quite friendly and knowledgable although management needs to step up as they wouldn't want to help out witth unruly customers. You always felt like you had no one there to back you up when the customer wanted to speak with a manager, you kind of had to be your own manager but the pay wasn't worthy of that.
Daliy duties involved dealing with customer needs over the phone and in store. Managing accounts, invoices and graphing charts of many natures. Handling and manage of cash and till. Paging of staff and all out going questions to management.I enjoy working with people so this was a great oppourtunity to fufill it.
