5am to 6pm. managers are expected to put in the hours necessary to get the job done.. it will burn you out working that much for nothing.
Because i have no other options and its the only place that i could get a job at if i needed one. ideally i wouldn't work there

Feedback from upper management is usally delivered in the form of yelling verbal abuse and panic. upper management has no issues berating you in front of customers or your employees, contributes to a very negative environment .
