This company doesn't have a clue from management on down. Good look getting exit paper work after you are no longer employed with them either. Run as far away as you can from this company.

The manager there doesn't care if her people are trained properly. Even when you ask for more help she doesn't get it for you. Just so she can get rid of you after your probation. She came from the City of Winnipeg and I hear horrible things about her from there as well.
Working here would be good if the manager wasn't so 2 faced. He pits people against each other and does nothing. He is very hard to work for and I can't understand how he keeps his job. Employees would be much happier if he left. Would also be nice to get a raise as one has never been given and until the union contract is in place can't see anything good happening here. If people here were like the HR in Vancouver I think we would all be happier. We just want to know we are valuable and be treated like human beings.
I have to admit the pay is great but the probation is 6 months which is way too long. The employees there are not friendly at all. The management does not consider the workplace conflict at all. Any new hired person is just another person who they can fire and rehire any other person. I am not very impressed with this company. If you do get hired at this place all you can expect is to work overtime shift with no social or family life. There is no appreciation from the management or your co workers.
lots of overtime (16 hours a day is a norm)
