Avoid at all cost
Non of the management is qualified for there jobs. I guess you can't accept too much if your managers come from McDonald's and Burger King. No open lines of communication with management or supervisors or supervisors to employees. No support, guidance, training given to employees. SOP's got changed on daily and sometimes on hourly bases. Management always throw you under the bus even for there mistakes, and don't take responsibility. Only co-workers are helpful and will help you.

If you believe in safety and following OH&S rules and stand up for yourself you will be targeted and run out of there. Management are bullies and will intimidate you and make your life a living ****. I recommend that you do not work there.
Too many to list
This company has one of the worst reputation period. Management is indeed incompetent in their actions and treat all their staff horribly from the housekeeping, help desk, and technicians. There is no synergy in terms of working together and instead there is always the finger pointing of "who to blame when something goes wrong". The morale is low between staff and at times coworkers fight with one another making it a high school environment which is pretty sad. The possibility of things will get better is not realistic as every procedure is made up out of nowhere and there is a lack of communications between staff members which makes it frustrating to work here.

Unethical and it will continue to be a company with zero reputation
