Avoid franchises, try to go to a corporate location if possible. Most franchises are cheap and will under pay you. The food isn’t fresh, it comes out of a bag and is very low quality. Their training program is ineffective resulting in incompetent staff.
working here was a fun experience and very eye opening but i just wasnt fast enough to work there for a long period of time but i would totally recomend it to someone who is quite capable of multi tasking to work here
With Boston Pizza being a franchise company, your experience will all depend on the type of job you’re applying to (either corporate or in store) and the location you’re applying to. The Boston Pizza I worked at, was poorly managed and disorganized. This may or may not have changed since I have left.
