Some days were slow, others you're scrambling to keep up cause there was typically only 1 worker on dishes. Solo nights on higher turnout was difficult, though the employees do their best to coordinate shifts for busier nights.

I had a lot of fun and gained a lot of experience working in the kitchen. The people working there are great and very easy to get along with. Management was very helpful with working around my extra curricular activities. Some days the job can be stressful and very fast passed.
