Staff was always friendly towards me. I find there was favoritisme when it came to scheduling. Short shifts. Management was most times uncoordinated. Good training.

Work environment is fast paced and positiveEveryone works well as a team. You will need a second job if you decide to work here and expect to make enough for cost of living as it's minimum wage unless your management. Most of the kitchen are young adults as it's not a lifetime career just a job for students and college kids..

Managment isnt great. They are uncaring about the fact that you are human. The Gm is the worst,talks low behind employees backs to other co workers. If you work in the kitchen you will not receive full time work. It's a job not a career. Raises rarely happen.The only thing that is really positive about this place can be your co-workers. They make it bearable.Although supervisors can become power hungry and bully people lower then them. They will bully you out of the kitchen if they dont like you. Happend to a very nice guy. Everything that was said in the interview was honestly just them glorifying the job and then pulling wool over your eyes.

the management at this location is immature and disrespectful, i was an employee and didn’t get in with the inside management “clique” they let me go without even giving me a chance to really get into the job. i worked extremely hard and i was proud of the service i gave to customers, i continued to be praised and that all of my tables loved me and i was doing a great job. and all of the sudden i got kicked for a reason i will not disclose but was NOT an acceptable reason to “let me go”. if one manager doesn’t like you, be prepared to not work at this location for long. the management at this location is an utter joke. beware.

Working at a Franchise location with zero management structure. You work for the staff & management are just Glorified shift leaders, the only real manager is the old franchise owner who doesn't know anything about running a business. Communication is disgusting & none of the BP culture is followed at all. Recognition for your work means nothing & getting a raise is based on how close you are with the owners son. Don't waste your time theirs better jobs out there

I was belittled by my boss and rudely asked if I "speak english!" after asking him "what do you mean 5 minutes?"A typical day at work consists of rude comments by leadership and chaos. There is no bartender so you have to make your own drinks all while serving tables, taking over the phone orders and packing to go bills. At the Boston pizza I worked at there is no standard. You will be constantly asked " do you understand English" "are you blind" by the boss if you do something by mistake. Boston Pizza is not an ideal work place. No body cares about Health, Safety or Guest Satisfaction. The work culture is hit or miss.. some people are great but a lot of people arent going to be kind to you.

They aren't very picky about who they hire, which is good if you need experience. BP is a good stepping stone to get kitchen experience. Like most kitchens, they are flexible with scheduling. Decent pay, but that is mostly due to the bump from tip pool, otherwise it's a close to minimum wage job.

Management always yelling about mistakes and is all around negative. Employees are not valued at all (0 appreciation) and most end up quitting. Extra long hours and if you work UFC you don't even get a break but they still deduct your pay for it. Do not work here!

Large menu, very fast. Pretty much exactly what you would expect. My manager was great, flexible hours. Very easy to set your own schedule. would recommend for a first restaurant job.

Working at this restaurant was amazing, very friendly environment and inviting. Although it is a fast pace job, it is not as stressful as expected. I learned time management, problem solving, and collaboration at this job.

In general the company has a good advancement ladder, but with the non-competitive salary, it's not really worth a career pursuit. Corporate is cliquey and uninterested in the little guys.

all staff and management team are friendly, good incentives schemes for the kitchen staffs , sometimes night shift is not so good due to lack of kitchen crew.

I worked there for several years and the environment is good, can be a bit tiring but worth it. If you want a raise, you need to ask. They won't just give you one.

excellent place of work for students or those in need of additional income. did a good job of working around my school schedule, allowing me to work nearly 35 hours per week while still attending classes full time.
