Bon lieu de travail qui permet de forger un caractère. Demande quelques effort physique, etre reactif, gérant tres sympathique par fois tres dur. Mais en fin de compte une tres belle experience.

Great group of staff to work alongside, terrible management team. Very immature and they create a toxic work environment for everyone there. Very evident lack of communication, tons of gossip done by the general manager. A revolving door of staff members, mostly management, due to high levels of disrespect and disregard for staff well being.

I really enjoyed working for Boston Pizza Bonnyville. The overall job was fun but still busy. The management were great and they are fantastic to work with! Fellow employees were always helpful and worked hard. The opportunity to move up is always an option. I recommend working for Boston Pizza.

Staff was always friendly towards me. I find there was favoritisme when it came to scheduling. Short shifts. Management was most times uncoordinated. Good training.

Management was very one sided to a group that had worked there for a few years and never would tell them no and would not hire a km. Very un organized not having a leader in the boh management would not be professional and act like you were always wrong and make u feel that way. This was a year ago so notSure if they are still like this

When i first started my job at the restaurant I enjoyed it, it was new and different, i had never done anything like it before, but a few months in i started to hear the gossiping from the other staff and even the managers. They would say horrible things about all of the staff with each other and then later say similar things to the people they were just gossiping with. I started to hear about all of the negative things they were saying about me and it made me absolutely dread going to work and caused a few breakdowns. The atmosphere was similar to high school mean girls except half of them were your managers, and reporting it does nothing. Another issue had to do with the expectations , i was hired to do one job and then was expected to do other jobs on top of that. I understand helping out a co-worker but when you are expected to throw down whatever you’re doing in the moment to do something for a co-worker and then getting in trouble for not doing your job it’s exhausting, and you are not paid enough for it.

Work environment is fast paced and positiveEveryone works well as a team. You will need a second job if you decide to work here and expect to make enough for cost of living as it's minimum wage unless your management. Most of the kitchen are young adults as it's not a lifetime career just a job for students and college kids..

Management has alot too learn here but that isn't too say that they arent amazing people. The actual servers and back of house workers are really fun people.

management is very unprofessional. they often over step boundaries with younger girl servers / hosts. nobody ever has any idea what’s going on. The amount of customers that left u happy was too hard to count. The servers would get drunk with the management.

Its a. Easy going environment. Most of the time it goes smooth if everyone goes by the policy and fairly take the time to follow up along one another as a team environment. Great tips and mostly flexibility in any hrs. Management is fairly treated everyone equal. Perhaps soft on laziness.

Managment isnt great. They are uncaring about the fact that you are human. The Gm is the worst,talks low behind employees backs to other co workers. If you work in the kitchen you will not receive full time work. It's a job not a career. Raises rarely happen.The only thing that is really positive about this place can be your co-workers. They make it bearable.Although supervisors can become power hungry and bully people lower then them. They will bully you out of the kitchen if they dont like you. Happend to a very nice guy. Everything that was said in the interview was honestly just them glorifying the job and then pulling wool over your eyes.

the management at this location is immature and disrespectful, i was an employee and didn’t get in with the inside management “clique” they let me go without even giving me a chance to really get into the job. i worked extremely hard and i was proud of the service i gave to customers, i continued to be praised and that all of my tables loved me and i was doing a great job. and all of the sudden i got kicked for a reason i will not disclose but was NOT an acceptable reason to “let me go”. if one manager doesn’t like you, be prepared to not work at this location for long. the management at this location is an utter joke. beware.

I enjoy working at Boston Pizza. The management is great and staff are kind. (Can depend on location). The work environment can be pretty stressful and high energy during busy periods, but overall its a good place to be. I would recommend working here if you're a student and/or looking to get into the restaurant business.

When I first started here when it first opened the management cared about the training and development of staff and now with new management all they seem to care about is watching the good looking customers in the back office and gossiping about staff. The management feels like they just came right out of highschool with how petty and catty and gossipy they all are and they don’t care about embarrassing other staff in front of their peers. They can’t explain how tip out works. They make me pay for meals when a table dines and dashes. I stay because I hope upper management will visit and see how poorly run this BPs is. I stay because the best time to look for other work is when you have work. The managers are a**holes. If you can ignore that, and their followers, it’s not too bad to work here.

Working at a Franchise location with zero management structure. You work for the staff & management are just Glorified shift leaders, the only real manager is the old franchise owner who doesn't know anything about running a business. Communication is disgusting & none of the BP culture is followed at all. Recognition for your work means nothing & getting a raise is based on how close you are with the owners son. Don't waste your time theirs better jobs out there

Fantastic company to work for, great hours, the pay is ok, and depending on the location, the staff and management are second to none. I would recommend working for a Boston Pizza if you are just starting out in any Restaurant position, from Host to Manager.

Overall liked the job and was very pleased with my co-workers and staff. I was unlucky that the manager of that time was a flaming homosexual that had a serious hat read towards woman and caused me so much disgust I left the work because the feeling he gave me of being disgusting because I was a female.

At first loved working for BP, this place gave me the challenge and I was always learned new things every day but had to figure most of it on my own. There training system are in place but they lack the franchiser who care enough to hire the right GM to train you. Your RBM for GTA and Kingston does really give care at all, he make it look like he hold it up to BP Standard, but he does not have any repercussion for Franchiser when they are not fully invested in there business to train the start properly. RBM just thinks because he has the back ground that he can be a brute... no wondering that the sandwich he usually get when he comes into audit
