Overall booster juice is an O.K workplace. If you want to gain experience in the food industry I think it is one of the better options but it is still not the best. There aren't really any benefits other than you get a free smoothie during your shift and a discount (only at your store) once you pass probation. My biggest complaint is that a lot of the time they will schedule only one person which makes sense since there is a lot of down time but once 2-3 customers come in, it gets hectic. You have to take orders, cash people out, make drinks and heat up food all on your own. For me this was pretty embarrassing because customers just watch you as you struggle and take really long to get them their order. However, it is good experience to learn how to multitask, work under pressure and move fast. Down time is pretty nice but there is still a lot to do i.e cut up produce, make wraps and sandwiches, fill any items that are running out etc. Since they mostly only schedule 1-2 people at a time calling in sick is impossible no matter how sick you are (it's pretty gross). You also have to pay for your uniform which was weird to me.
