Can be a little hectic, fast paced and loud at times but overall great place to work. Management looks after their staff with perks; very accommodating if time off required; fair on work life balance. Customers can be difficult to deal with at time but balances out with the friendly ones. No problems if you can induce logic on the job and think on your feet. Co-workers can be friendly and ready to help out if you are not sure about something. Open door policy with upper management; owner is hands on. Overall no complaints.

It was not a good place to work.

This job was better but when Uber came the plate owners start fighting with company and they finished the airport taxi. The plate owner were always cheating drivers.

A fast paced call centre. Shifts varied. Training reasonable , Special billing accounts not fully illustrated and rate changes were constant. A lot of dancing on your feet and hoping a co-worker could advise you quickly. I enjoyed parts of the job and people I worked with...but you need a thick skin to take some the abuse you received from callers.

Enjoying customer service experience every day.

I enjoy and learn the customer service experience from this work. It is independent but really physical without any guarantee of income of the day, no benefit, no promotion.

I enjoyed night shifts

I learned how to use a variety of computer programs. The hardest part was dealing with customer complaints , and driver and staff errors. I liked being able to train new staff .

Payroll was frequently incorrect, benefits arent great, childish work atmosphere everbody talks about everybody else, poor management and scheduling according to business needs, can not leave the office for breaks (unless only going to be 10 mins, just in case you’re needed, as there is no floater)

Taxi driving needs long hours of work, min of 12h a day 7 days a week, you will be sitting all the time in side the car. the best thing about driving a taxi is meeting with different people with different education and cultures and you learn to be patient. In some times you get upset with the management because you think you are right and they consider the customer all ways right. At work, you will be associated with different back ground and you have to accept every body.It's really hard because you have to be alert all the time on the road and from criminals in the street but the best thing about that job is to learn from every body some thing

Being around many customers was great. I like crowds and constant conversations. While I worked, being with my clients was very educational in the area of how to deal with different and even difficult customers.

A taxi driver picking up and dropping costumers off to their destinated locations. I learned more routes around the city very well.
The hardest part once again was managing to drive the intoxicated costumers. Enjoyable part was working with other drivers and becoming good friends and spending time with them.

Grade school atmosphere too much gossip, and favoritism. People not paying attention to the little details that the customer ask for and not paying attention to east and west or north and south details
