One of the best organizations I worked with, a bit of traveling is required but overall a good experience, had a lot of opportunity to grow and management is motivated to promote from within which keeps you motivated to do well.
growth opportunities, fun environment, awesome people
With a customer base of 150, my days are very busy with quoting, order entry, go through back order's to insure that my customer's order's are on time. I have always taken pride in customer service. In this Industry you need to be competitive in your pricing and in doing that, over the year's that I have been at Bisco I have learned who our competitor's are and what we can offer our customer's, that they can't. Most of the customer's and also suppliers I have dealt with for over 20 years so I have come to know most of them on a personal level so I have to say that that is the most enjoyable part of the job and the hardest is when one of them is leaving or changing positions within their company. I have enjoyed working for Bisco over the years, they have great product training programs, bonus promotions and are always there to help you achieve your goals!
I really enjoy working at this location. I have learned a great deal about sales, inventory managment and contracts. I feel this was the perfect place to get my feet wet in the business world. However after three years of working for this company I have decieded to look for a new position for my future.
When I worked there many years ago it was a night mare... I was thrilled when I was finally laid off. Mgnt was a joke yelling, screaming swearing coming from the office, Name calling, lies, unbelievable employee treatment. Mgnt needed to have some course in dealing with people that's for sure.
