I have no advice. If I were to work there for a longer period of time I would have enjoyed it regardless.
That every thing has to be perfect and there is a consistent fear of making a mistake that usually lead into getting in trouble over a small error. They expected perfection from us but management is very far from perfect and and don’t listen to employees concerns.
