Horrible place to work, employees are disposable
Run away, this place is the most toxic place I have ever worked. Your headhunted by the management team for the commission and then disposed of . Don’t go for the interview!

#1 bilingual agency in Canada!!!
In my second year I’ve DOUBLED my base with commissions. Now making over 100k!!!! Including summer hours and 4 day long weekends, I have 6 weeks vacation a year, better then any company in Europe! The management team is upfront, honest, helpful and direct. They have given me a 5 year plan to be a junior partner! Having the time of my life!

this company is nice to work at however there is no work life balance, management would ask "is money or family your priority" never good to put money before family

Busy full service French/English Staffing Firm. Run your own desk like it's your business. Fun environment and good company culture. This is a busy setting that involves both human interaction (phone, face to face interviewing and skype meetings), but the company also uses Linkedin, various social media tools,etc...This is a fun setting for the right person that is motivated and wants to make some good money. Toughest part of this job is definitely finding good candidates, but that seems to be something that is industry wide.

This Company Offers a great training program. Very nice colleagues and Management.

A typical day at work involves making about 30-50 calls per day

from lists that you have created the night\day before. When a candidate answers you conduct a phone screen.Then you go through your job list to see if any of the job's match the candidates and clients needs and the requirements of the job.At the end of the day you review your phone screens with your manager and the manager tells you who to bring in for an interview. Keep in mind there are targets of how many phone screens you conduct among other things.... With that being said if the people that you have phone screened are not up to par according to your manager then obviously you do not bring them for an interview.Get a series of candidates that are not up to management standards , then it starts to negatively effect your "Target" of internal interviews.Your assigned to a certain job portal,which can be difficult because your candidate search is then limited. BEFORE you add them to your list of candidates to call you have to check in the company database if any of your colleagues are already dealing with them if not then you may proceed.Its really a numbers game working for this company,providing a great training program,but there are some gaps in order for employee success.Aside from management everyone working there has only been working there 5 years or less then they move on. This point should speak volumes!
