Typical work day is "smile and dial " every day looking for new business within the IT industry. Working closely with all the recruiters so that they can help fill positions.
I enjoy working at Bevertec. the team environment is excellent and collaborative. I enjoy working here. The management gives you lots of tools to be successful and the continuous training.

No candidate ownership or requisition ownership. Everybody operates in a reactive recruitment stile rather than being proactive. The environment is very cut-throat; everybody is in for themselves. Pros: You can actually earn bonuses if you are able to survive the environment.

Pros: The compensation is acceptable - if you are able to place some candidates. Cons: The management has an open door policy however they will not listen well. Most of the roles are for government and public sectors with no feedback to the candidates. No candidate ownership or requisition ownership, what so ever; very unhealthy environment for recruiters, considering the looming stress that is always present in a recruiter's life. Everybody is in it for themselves.
Bevertec is a family owned company, work is busy and always on the move depending what position you have. over all a nice company to work at,there is always lots of hats to wear and learn from if you are willing to learn.
Fun place, Soccer is good. good camaraderie, flexible work environment, free coffee small group of people, nice CEO, Family business but lots of shortcomings and alot more cons
Not soo nice people
Interesting place to work. People are nice, when comes for deadlines like any agency everyone's stress level is high. Hardest part of the job is knowing what management expects of you. They will always say you are doing a good job then out of the blue - terminate: without cause.
I enjoy to implement the software and train the end-user to various countries. I learn about - architecture of the program, Database management, data mapping, migration from one system to other. I know - VBA, Macro, Excel, interface programming. I implemented three major ERP system - SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle Finance.
