Such a lovely bunch of people to work with they felt like family. There is always different customers whether it be golfers, bus tours, concert goers or corporate guests. The hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult guests and trying to find a resolution that is good for the guest but also not a big loss for the company. Although some guests just want to be heard. The most enjoyable part of the job is the repeat guests that come to visit and know you by name. I also loved when I could upgrade guests into suites it really made their day.

I have learned the role of Front Office Manager and have enjoyed it for the past 10 years. The GM of this Best Western has been my mentor for the past 10 years as well as the Guest Services Manager.
