I have learned the role of Front Office Manager and have enjoyed it for the past 10 years. The GM of this Best Western has been my mentor for the past 10 years as well as the Guest Services Manager.
Great people to work with.
Sometimes have to deal with rude people that come to stay.
The management was terrible; no one actually deserved their position and would fight with you whenever you brought up innovative ideas since they viewed you as a threat. Communication between co-workers was awful, and of course if you have been there for the longest and are as uneducated as the management team, the managers are more likely to side with that employee, rather than the employee who is being wronged but is educated and could easily in the future move up within the company, if only that opportunity was ever actually available.
