Not a good work culture at all
As part time maintenance I was taken advantage of to feel like I had to cover everyone else who was off or called in sick. Was run ragged. Certain worker would sleep in rooms while doing his work and never got punished (because of skin color) even though using key card to gain access, also showing up late was ok for that worker as well.Some front desk workers were rude to me as well and seem entitled.

The job is super fun if you are a people person. I got to meet and talk to a lot of nice guests from all ages and backgrounds. The management and staff are very friendly, helpful and work around your schedule.
I love the job I do and the staffs are awesome . I also love the fact that I have to work only at day time. The pay is also good for a start. I just don’t like the Sunday work.
