I work two different areas of the Hotel, some mornings I arrive at 6:20 am and other mornings I am 8:20 am. I have great respect for most of the staff, and have gotten good experience in all aspects of the hotel. I understand housekeeping and I see how I would make changes to suit the situations better. I had already excelled pass the expectations of my co-workers on the first day. I respect the higher management but see flaws in the way things operate. I have no position or right to correct what I see, and given the chance I would voice my ideas. I do not see this happening in the near future and would like to explore more. I have had many conversations with guest on many topics and its always the highlight of my day talking with them. I have met so many travels, family's enjoying a vacation, and grandparents taking a little break.

They don’t follow any rules for your safety and will get involved in things they shouldn’t. They simply don’t care about anyone but themselves and I highly recommend if you get the job that you watch your back

Management are totally unaware of how much the staff really does.No respect for their employees.The employees are treated like second class citizens.The management do not consider that people have lives outside of their work.

The Staff is excellent and I enjoyed meeting new people and guest. I worked two different areas in the Hotel so I would never be bored with either of my jobs because of switching between the positions. The Main management is un-experienced and are un-available, but for what they lack the rest of the staff make up for it.
