Not a good place to work
Basically, you have no support from upper management, the CEO and his family treat you like a peasant. I feel that you basically have to be a particular race to make it with this company.

The owner of the Alberta side; he’s great. The regionals are great people. It’s a Canadian company. It feels like a family company... cause it is. You feel included within the family feels. Covid lowered a lot of perks but overall; the companies a great company to work for, as long as you do your job. :-)

Do not work here
Any form of management, all the way up to head office doesn’t care about you. It’s obvious. The base wage is a joke and we have been paid below minimum wage before and after bringing it up with the manager, they had an excuse for it. You only get 1 allotted break, even if you’re working an 8 hour shift. You’re expected to only wear the clothes they sell, which are all ridiculously overpriced and UGLY. Retail in general just awful. If you like being treated like a joke, this is the place for you :)
Sales Associate in Regina, SK
It’s okay to work here. Overall back in 2014 it was not good- bad management, did not know how to speak respectfully to employees and was very clicky and chose favorites. Treated staff like the mall was a place where you should not speak. But only speak to customers. Overall the job was good but staff was mean.
