Very stressful environment

Bell doesn't care about people. No recognition. No appreciation. Constant incredible amount of pressure. Incompetent and ignorant people in all departments. Looks like no one cares about technicians and customers. Everyone just delegates responsibilities, no one wants to take initiative and responsibility.
Profit and profit only.
