September 2015 as a Network Specialist (Ancien employé) – Scarborough, ON – 19 avril 2019
As a management contractor, I received an excellent hourly rate. Although our VP spoke to about there being years of work available, there were unfortunately never any real opportunities for contractors to secure permanent employment as they are ineligible to apply for internal job postings..
Program Manager - Agile DevOps and Quality Team (Employé actuel) – Mississauga, ON – 17 avril 2019
They don't pay as well as other Telecoms companies and opportunities for advancement are slim. Work Life balance is excellent. Bell is a huge company and can afford to let people leave because they can easily replace them.
Field Technician (Employé actuel) – Toronto, ON – 14 avril 2019
Bell is a good place to work, offering competitive salary and lots of overtime. Management can be either really good or mediocre in my experience. Pros: Salary, Overtime, Company Phone, Discounts Cons: Scheduling, Working alone, Company is slow

It is a flexible job with benefits and lots of opportunities. During your time their you get to meet a lot of interesting people and also attend interesting events and seminars. There is a lot you can learn from the people you interact with and also the experience you gain working for bell. awesome group to work with, very stressful culture, too many meetings
Sales Consultant (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 11 avril 2019
The Monday meetings are killing everyone. from 12:00 to 2:30, endless target settings and pep talks. I do like the people I am working with, everyone is willing to help one another, the management is quit awesome if you don't consider just how much pressure both management and sales reps are under.
Billing Solutions Manager (Ancien employé) – Mississauga, ON – 10 avril 2019
Fast paced environment where you were dealing with both inside departments and outside customers at the same time. Therefore most days were meeting oriented. Management was supportive when required and you could call on them to assist in any way. The hardest part of the job was to schedule meetings and completion of work within hectic time frames. The most enjoyable was the ability to move around in different departments if you so desired.
Autonomy and ability to move within different departments
AQUISITIONS MARKETING MANAGER (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 10 avril 2019
Same old, same old. Nothing above average, nothing below average. If you want to work in big, slow moving industry this is the place for you. If you have more ambition and excitement in your life you will move on.
Service Technician (Employé actuel) – Cornwall, ON – 5 avril 2019
This company is not run properly. They ask too much of their employees and will screw you over any chance they get. They are constantly going against the CBA. Good pay in the end but terrible to start. Lots of hours but too many weekends and you will be called in on your day off every week.
Good for a long time career, not for anything else
Field Service Technician (Employé actuel) – Hamilton, ON – 4 avril 2019
work days go by very easy, got paid training for everything I needed for the job, management is okay depends on who you're dealing with, the hardest part is working in extreme conditions with no compensations, the most enjoyable part is getting to be your own boss (in a way)
