As a former employee I would not recommend working there to my worst enemy. They want you to lie to customers and only care about bringing in new people and not their loyal customers. Upper management does nothing but cause headaches and talks about people and talks to people like they are beneath them. I’d like to have some of that Bell let’s talk money for my mental health that deteriorated after working there. Always found a way to deny you a raise and thought it was ok if people only had one day off a month.
No raises even if you perform above and beyond, no room to advance, upper management holds grudges, will not give you time off, threats on a daily basis, everything about this employer is a con

I have been working for Bell for few years and moved around few different dept within the network team. Overall the company is great, it has its standards and practices like other big corporations out there. If you are looking to make big changes or create/build something this is not the right place for it (there are still lots of old school staff working here), you better off apply to a start up if you like building something from ground up. If you want to learn about processes/operations, this is the right place for you.
As for paid, Bell is a big company the starting salary/hourly rate is not bad, don't expect big raises though, you will get roughly 1-5% raise per year depends on your performance.
