A typical day at work consists of selling. That part I enjoyed because it was my job.I learned selling strategies that will benefit me for the future. This job can be very repetitive when you are trying to sell a device to a customer, but each situation is different and it requires alot of problem solving skills. My co workers were awesome, but there wasn't a team dynamic, and everyone sold for themselves, and therefore team selling did not exist. I barely had a manager for the year and half I have been working there. Its an easy job for a manager to sit in the back and do nothing, while they get paid. The store runs itself, and management never improved. The hardest part of the job, was to hit your monthly target. There is always politics about who is the best and who is the worst, and its alot of pressure, but this pushes you to do better. The most enjoyable part of the job is when a customer is happy and they become a regular because of the service your provided.
