Bell corporate is discriminatory and very rude they do not provide sufficient hours and are very quick to fire there employees they do not like people who have kids which I never understood because they have kids and will not hire you if your children are your priority they also expect you to be available 24/7 to answer there every waking call they promise job security but never act on that promise if you don’t meet your targets they will fire you instantly.... trust me they are not a good company to work for if you want to work for bell find a dealer store that is independently owned and they force people to buy and upgrade with out explaining fees

I have been working for Bell for few years and moved around few different dept within the network team. Overall the company is great, it has its standards and practices like other big corporations out there. If you are looking to make big changes or create/build something this is not the right place for it (there are still lots of old school staff working here), you better off apply to a start up if you like building something from ground up. If you want to learn about processes/operations, this is the right place for you.
As for paid, Bell is a big company the starting salary/hourly rate is not bad, don't expect big raises though, you will get roughly 1-5% raise per year depends on your performance.
