Guaranteed 48 hours per week with everyday interesting examples of electronic service installation and maintenance. You work mostly independently and can rely only on your own understanding of the installation process. However if you are stuck manager could give you some hints or send a team helper to assist you during time interval given for a job.

I have been working for Bell for few years and moved around few different dept within the network team. Overall the company is great, it has its standards and practices like other big corporations out there. If you are looking to make big changes or create/build something this is not the right place for it (there are still lots of old school staff working here), you better off apply to a start up if you like building something from ground up. If you want to learn about processes/operations, this is the right place for you.
As for paid, Bell is a big company the starting salary/hourly rate is not bad, don't expect big raises though, you will get roughly 1-5% raise per year depends on your performance.
