Very good salary and benefits but management is disconnected from the employees
Very good salary and benefits but management is disconnected from the employees. It is very difficult to work with employees that are protected by an union that don't really want to give their 100% when you are very motivated person and wish you could do better. Very good benefits and salary.
A good company
I worked at Bell for 11 years and enjoyed it. Good work life balance . Typical big company pains but overall a good place. Good people. Fair and rewarding.
