Milieu de travail très actif et cadre de travail très serré presque militaire mais grande possibilité carrière interaction avec la direction immédiate relativement rigide et contrôlante mais négociable.Malheureusement très peu de place à l'initiative et système de formation anémique. Il faut faire son chemin et avoir du caractère.

I loved my Job at Bell Canada. I am retired now. I was promoted 4 times.
You can succeed through hard work and good work ethics.
I now enjoy life and my pension,while still having 85 % benefits paid. Also still own bell stock which pays quarterly dividends.

Good learning experience getting into sales. Decent pay if you can do your job and get sales. Wish they staffed better, they usually keep budgets super low

If you are an outgoing person and can convince people to believe that you are giving them the best products, this is a place you wanna be in. As it's a commission based job with a base salary to back you up, You will feel more flexible to focusing on your sales acumen and of course the brand name will also give your resume a good value.

Crooked or agressive team leaders are kept. Honest managers are not valued and let go. Full disclosure to clients is not adhered to. Culture of sales before clients exist. Some people thrive in rhat cutthroat environment.

As long as you understand and can work with the union mind-set of doing your job and not beyond, it was a great place to work. Great people and manangement.

Diamond shaped organization, lots of middle management, some good bosses lots of re-orgs. Promise fast pace and new ways of doing things for a little while and in pockets there and in some groups for a year or two but heavy on the old way of doing things and political in the end most top mgmt or stuck doing things the same way for last 30yrs because it’s really a duopoly and no outside pressure to change get ready for the almighty RGU (revenue generating unit) the fancy term they give to treating customers like a faceless bag of money they raise prices to every qtr or so because no new products and have to increase revenue and profits

No job security but a good cultural environment. People are nice and helpful. Some managers are just amazing, really good mentors. This company supports diversity big time. HRs are supportive too but overall the company is probably going down that you never know when they might lay you off.

Bell is an excellent work place to grow career and who respects every employee not matter where he born and where he comes from. Fare salary and compensation that covers employees family and professional requirements. Work culture and collaboration among colleagues very respectfully that ever I have seen. I feel proud to be a part of Bell workers. And highly recommend Bell jobs to friends.

This is a company that understands people are at the foundation of their success. They treat employees with respect and have a continuous improvement mentality toward meeting their goals as an equal opportunity employer. Benefits are unlike many other employers in the arena, extending far beyond the baseline "discount" on services. They provide mental health services, employee stock options, a group RSP plan and more. I haven't come across a similar level of compensation at any other employer in the retail space.

I would highly recommend this employer for those experienced in sales/customer service who wish to take their career to the next level in a way that is both rewarding and collaborative.

Great workplace. Lot of scope to learn and grow. Poor Salary structure and lack of proper work-life balance. Sometimes you need to work till 2 in the morning and no extra pay for that.

A lot of employees are there 15+ years. It's a very silo work environment. Your expertise and skills mean less than position level. It's an environment full of politics and power struggling. People don't like to share and like to protect their jobs. There is no objective employee evaluation. As my manager said, the evaluation is based on his impression. The benefits, however, are great.

Product Zone is where careers go to die. Stay away.

Have an opinion/idea on bettering a process? Keep it to yourself or be ready to take loads of Tylenol to treat migraines.


As for staff - most are nice although be forewarned that there are absolute SNAKES that work for this team. They will throw you under the bus at every possible chance all in the name of making themselves look good.


There are better teams and positions at Bell. Stay away from Product Zone!

Work load is never consistent, work from home is refused despite being a telecom in 2020 with all tools necessary, managers are ridiculous when it comes micromanaging, bathroom usage is scrutinized, management also track everything from workflow to emails you sent years ago
