Amazing facilities, with a visionary approach. Working in an environment that pushes for innovation keeps the work fresh and interesting. Additionally attracts people from all facets of life, so doesn't take long to feel at home.
I don't recommend working here....Bell may run the "Lets Talk program...but they would mentally stress their staff with their stats. They have fired my colleagues over the years for their stats. The Managers/directors are liars.
Guaranteed paycheck/if you met stats for the month the payout could be great
Hours NOT flexible/working for a bunch of liars
This company will say anything to snow you into thinking this is a career. It is not. Very deceptive company, no work/life balance and constant stress. They say no day is the same and they were right. The environment is a constant hot and cold atmosphere. If you sell, they like you.
Decent pay for the job
No work life balance, constant pressure to upsell, pressure to do what’s right for the company not the customer, no breaks
I loved working at Bell! People were very open to innovative thinking and doing things a different way was encouraged. Those with initiative were always rewarded.
Room for advancement, innovative culture

Awesome job, great benefits . Great accessible location. Cafeteria and support on site . Unfortunately bell believes more in outsourcing than home grown talent
Great schedule and benefits
More than likely will get downsized and let go within 5 years
Technician for Bell for 9 years now. started in consumer and moved to business. Company is always trying to get metrics on you and the way they measure is not realistic. Company service discount is ok, but things at Bell were always better in previous years. Departments are all being contracted out overseas or being wiped out, so the people left have a heavier workload as they amalgamate departments. time off is standard with 2 weeks vacation to start and then 3 weeks after probation period, then 4 weeks after 9 years, then 5 after 19 years or something. stock options to buy in but not as good as other companies like Telus. DCB pension like most companies today so depends on what you put into it. Overall they are ok but nothing special.
free cell phone(for technicians) 35% employee discount.
average pay(bad if living in high cost area), no advancement, unreasonable metrics
The job can be physically exhausting, carrying ladders, working at heights and in subzero temperatures. Just get enough experience and then leave. Little or no chance to get interviews in other Bell subsidiaries.(Bell Technical Solutions)

As a Bell Field Technician, it is not a job for the weak physically, mentally and psychologically, I had recently passed the 2 years anniversary; I am the only one left out of 16 people that entered the classroom for training. I was trained on fiber, copper, pair bond and recently CO's for remote areas. You will be trained on the basic necessities to understand the Bell network and how it works on copper and fiber; you will be given the basic tools and vehicle, you will be trained on self-defensive driving habits, first aid, ladder and pole climbing for health and safety reasons. You are a 'soldier' and you are being prepared for battlefield. You will be tested day in and day out. I had watched people quit from this company. Where will you find another place that gives you a $1 raise per 1040 hours worked and after 5 years, you will be getting a $1 raise every 6 months. Currently maximum per hour is $33/hr as of 2022 contract deal. Where will you get 33% off your company products? I pay for 2 Bell mobility (20 GB) and Fiber 50 internet for $175 with tax. Benefits are given after a 1 year with the company, you are given the option to enroll into the Group Plan and Group Retirement Plan. You will be tested (mentally and psychologically) by your manager, seniors, dispatch and especially workforce (the people that make your schedule a living nightmare). As a Regular Part Time; you're entitled to 4 weekends per year and 2 weeks vacations. Your hours will be limited to guarantee at 8 hours per pay period (2 weeks) during winter season and 16 hours per pay period - plus...
clothes, tools, minimal supervision, co-workers, skills, benefits
Great company to work for. Treats their employees great. HIghly recommend working there. Also a very diverse workplace. Ability and opportunities for advancement at every level. Also management very clearly gives you the tools to get your job done with lots of support.
free lunches, overtime if you want, good benefit package, 6 weeks holiday
very busy at times
As a field Tech. If you are new to the town in just couple of months you will be familiar with your towns map, like restaurants, what's trending how people talk, what age group is best to have conversation with, getting knowledge of how things workout in certain areas. On top of that you get to travel around the town on companies vehicle, know how to work at height, house prices nearby and much more.
Hourly wage 8 to 5 schedule most of the days, part-time weekends availability 👌, nice ops managers In windsor.
Not good for Full-Time your availability should be all day 8 to 9. Perfomance matrix in place, Decentralized system, hard to deal with various departments for a change that customer asks for, No internal promotions
Diamond shaped organization, lots of middle management, some good bosses lots of re-orgs. Promise fast pace and new ways of doing things for a little while and in pockets there and in some groups for a year or two but heavy on the old way of doing things and political in the end most top mgmt or stuck doing things the same way for last 30yrs because it’s really a duopoly and no outside pressure to change get ready for the almighty RGU (revenue generating unit) the fancy term they give to treating customers like a faceless bag of money they raise prices to every qtr or so because no new products and have to increase revenue and profits
Nice coworkers if you have a nice group.
Long hours to get a head, don’t be surprised if they ask you to do unethical stuff.
No job security but a good cultural environment. People are nice and helpful. Some managers are just amazing, really good mentors. This company supports diversity big time. HRs are supportive too but overall the company is probably going down that you never know when they might lay you off.
Good culture, good people, good commission and benefits structure
Low job security, not much growth opportunity, don't keep fake hopes of getting somewhere even after achieving good numbers at sales
Condition de travail stressante risque de blessure élevée excellent outillage pour un bon service a la clientèle.
Difficile de concilier la vie personnelle avec la vie professionnelle.
