Not the best experience.

Would not recommend as a long term position. Can be a great opportunity for short term, part time positions. This employer does not immediately respect a healthy work/life balance in contrast to their active charity work with mental health initiatives in Canada.

In a way, it is a company with no heart. They didn't care much about their employees, the only concern was for the company and if it is making profit. No effort was made to ensure if the people working for the betterment of the company were provided for or not.

It was a good experience. There were a lot of training opportunities. I found that there was a lot of stress and pressure with the job however.

Very flexible if you're a student

We'd deal with all sorts of people throughout the day, making sure contracts were handled with care. I've learned how to talk with people and sell better, train other people, and also multitask. The management taught us along the way on how to sell. The co-workers were some of the best people i've met in my life, teaching me new things on how to talk to customers and enjoy doing so. Hardest oart was selling when it was "dead" at the mall with barely any traffic. Most enjoyable part was meeting new people and having benefits with phones.

Was required to hit daily sale objectives as well as gain referrals and leads on a daily basis. Learnt aspects of customer service and conflict resolution. Also, learnt how to deal with contracts and how to communicate them. Very competitive workplace but fun, innovative atmosphere. Co-workers and managers always willing to help. Team incentives drove my team to work together and succeed as a store.
