A typical day at work is checking emails, attending to cases in Salesforce, taking phone calls. I've learned a lot about account management, client care and sales in this role. My manager is very supportive and clear about our targets and guidelines. The workplace culture is great, we often have team/call center events and contests to promote team camaraderie. The hardest part about my job is dealing with difficult contacts/clients and having a lot of administrative work to do, but not enough challenging and rewarding cases. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with a great team and feeling successful when treating a difficult case and coming up with a solution that will save the client money and promote their business with Bell.
