I was really happy with my time at Bell. My coworkers were tremendous and management was kind and helpful. Regular amount of vacation, sick and personal days, nothing crazy.

Constant reorg resulting in every changing goals and priorities

Due to constant reorgs and management changes the business units are constantly changing strategies which is resulting in very little improvements and stability within the team. This has resulted in the exodus of many talented and high performing individuals which only adds to the stress to the remaining team members. The working environment has started to shift from a fun productive environment to a stressful combative one.

Direction plus qu'excécrable

Les conditions sont bien, mais la direction laisse à désirer. Les chiffres comptent beaucoup plus que l'aspect humain. Aucune empathie considérant la difficulté d'avoir une place en garderie et se dit employeur pro-famille. Certains sont plus agréables que d'autres. Télétravail temps plein et hybride possible.

You can make okay money, part time was a good fit for me. Management was mostly awful, under a lot of stress that they have little choice but to pass it down to you.

Chill Job but mediocre pay

Work heavily depends on location. Slower locations are very chill and relaxed but pay very little commission. Busier locations are the opposite. Decent job to build up sales experience but very little incentive to stay long term.

Management is supportive, and strictly detests micromanagement (huge plus). Workplace culture is friendly and team-oriented. The work is occasionally fast-paced during the busy advertising months throughout the year, but the entire team bands together to get things done. I have had all the support I've needed for family/bereavement leave, mental health, and career development, and I've developed some lasting friendships during my time here.

Catastrophe entre 2h et 4h avec les systèmes qui plantent.Bref... ça peut aider pendant un certain temps, mais on oublie la carrière ici... l'avancement est très faible et c'est plutôt normal dans ce genre de milieu.

A company with no culture

Had my worst experience as data analyst here. No onboarding provided, poor and toxic management, non-flexible work hours, teams are working in silos and do a lot of gate-keeping, information is not shared, and on top of it their data infrastructure is messed up and spread across several different data platform causing inconsistencies… there were several instances where we could not validate wether data was accurate or not … very very poor experience, would advice anyone in the data feel to run away
