When hired on Contract, are you still apart of the the union after 3 months or when the contract is complete if they want to continue your employment.

Contracted employees are not apart of the union. If hired by the company then you are subjected to be apart of the union.
When hired your put on probation until you complete 400 hours of work at that time they'll take your off probation or extend it
I was part of the union from the start until Progistix took over. Progistix is not unionized.
Not that I am aware of. If you are contract you are not Union and offered little protection.
Contract employees are not eligible for membership in th union

No union. They keep you as a part-time employee even when working full-time hours.
