Great place to work for with lots of help in career development, company trains you to get your insurance license while paying you to be there to learn, as well as offer leadership courses to success. I was able to move up within 2 years at the company when I put in the work. A lot of people were laid off due to toxic behaviors, (gossiping about everything, coming in to work and barely doing the requirements of the job, no effort to create a culture of excellence and are generally detractors to positive changes and often dismissive to new hires). I did enjoy my time at the company however it’s easy pick out individuals who strive to do work and those who don’t. As the people who don’t last are usually people that expects everything to be handed to you on a silver platter when they are negative about everything. The salary could be more competitive compared to other insurance companies. Overall during my 3 years at belair I am thankful for the mentorship I was able to get. Most of these leaders are now working for intact.
Semi formal, jeans are allowed but the workplace is a generally professional location and you should not show up to this company in sweatpants and a hoodie.
No, all equipment and training is provided.
There is even an option to work from home (given that you meet the criteria after 12 months of employment)
