I worked at Bee Clean for few months was removed from 2 banks given no reason.I was told I would be offered another building but haven't received a call as of yet
Not given answer why I lost two banks
C'est un milieu de travail assez intéressant, on apprend bien des choses nouvelles telles que la manipulation des produits de nettoyage, la manipulation des appareils.
repas à presque gratuit
Caractères antipathiques chez certains employés
This company has done nothing but lie to it’s employees since my day 1. They do not care about their employees, they have stated it many times, they only care for the clients. Management is a joke! 85% of the employees are lazy and disgusting, and have no idea what cleanliness is. It’s a shame.
Union, benefits if you make it that far
Lots of drama, management
Management does not care or even talk to cleaners. Managers that have very little to no experience in cleaning. Not caring about workers only filling their own pockets with money. Do not treat senoirity as a factor. Pays are base on management liking you or not. Not experience. Management demoting people without informing them or for no reason other then a friend of theirs who knows nothing of cleaning a job.
Never getting ahead

the first few weeks there were fine was working 7am to 3pm monday to friday and off on weekends, a few months past then i started noticing alot of favoritism so one of the other workers at the time thats not there anymore ended up telling me that the lady training me was sisters with the site supervisor and the district manager of the company was there brother so its all family so becareful who say things to, the site supervisor never wants to here your side of the story and will never back up her employees there was a time when i waited about 15 minutes for a woman to leave the washroom so i can clean it so i skipped that one so i wouldnt fall behind on my work a few minutes later she comes to me complaining that it wasnt clean i told her my reason she didnt want to hear it, as for the pay it was alright but the payroll department make lots of mistakes and becareful when you get your t4 this company is none to pocket money from every employees pay and not send it out to the government at the end of the year so that means it will come from you
This company was a total s**tshow to work for. The manager that was there was a total Waco and did nothing while making everyone else slave for their dough. It was minimum wage to. Complete insult!
Plenty of free play-time.
Paid VERY badly.
The most enjoyable part of the job was that we have an excellent manager. I learned to be more organized with the tasks assigned to my building. I think the hardest part of the job was to work in the night shifts.
Good job, good team mates, good work, good pay, good dress up, good supervisor, understand workers problems, caring, many facilities, good treating way.
It is hard to become a supervisor for Worker.
Great place to work hours are flexible to help with school and work balance, relaxing to work and employees and employers are easy to get along with making going to work fun .Ive learned good life skills working with other's time management and the ability to focus on task at hand.
Very flexible hours
Regional Management and HR are extremely unfair and disorganized, they do not respect staff members work. Questions about work, payment always goes unanswered - lies about who is in charge, who to speak to about payroll queries. Gives preferential treatment to workers.
Manager complain all the time, give preference to others coworkers, never give you a good review, do not care your privacy even if you complain they do not do anything, they enjoy humiliate you, fire you with out explanation.
The office is a pretty relaxed workplace (as in there isn't a lot of noise or distractions). You can focus on your job to get it done. The colleagues are friendly; it's a pretty small crew so you get acquainted with everyone. The days are pretty uneventful and samey but they're not bad.
front line management and upper management are great but the 'regional management' is in it for theirselves and unwilling to consider giving reviews or raises for ANY reason. to get anything done you have to go over thier head then get in trouble for doing so
