Best part I enjoyed was answering the phone, and speaking to all types of people. A typical day at work would be answering emails, checking orders to see if they had reached their destinations, doing follow ups with clientelle, I checked messages and returned phone calls, cheked inventory to see what was available and any new products. What I learned was the new systems,the AS400. I learnt about all the types of carpets, and hard wood flooring. Management was to deligate my time to get my work done. Co-workers were all of help, when needed. The hardest part of the job was learning transportation and the time it took to reach the destination.
