Training is only in office and scenario based. , no on the job training for actual home care work. You get your client list 15 minutes before your shift start some times. If clients cancel you will loose hours. You are expected to see 20 -25 people in a 8 hour shift with no breaks. If 4 people cancel, that’s an hour of your pay lost. you have to drive around and aren’t reimbursed for gas. I worked there for 3 months and had 4 managers come and go. They can’t keep staff or managers. Do not waste your time working here.
