It was a good experience overall but I find homecare not fast pace enough. Management was awesome and was always there to answer questions. Nothing was done on line when I was there so it was annoying having to drop off pay stubs
I would not suggest this company and the medical devices and reprocessing department there to even my enemies.There is no work culture,ethics and safety. Supervisor or team lead are nut cases and lazy to the core, I was never given PPE to work with, had a needle poke then suffered three months. Please if you have a family don't go to that department in Bayshore
One of the most stressful environments that I have worked in. They did not provide consistent working hours for me. There was no educational support, as well my scheduled hours were always shortened. They did not have consistent support for patients, clients on a daily basis.
