Patient sitting in a hospital environment in a non medical way. Reporting to nursing staff if an issue arises. Social interacting with patient could be playing cards, chatting, puzzles or no social interacting depending on what the patient wants or what the case is.

I was looking for part time job because i have kids and studying at the same time.
I hope this job gives me job experince.

Also i get to know the medical system and different sections of the hospital.

Pay is not commensurate to the work. Shifts hours too short. Driving round the town is more than what one is paid!
Clients are not appreciative.

Bayshore is not accepting employees as permanent even after working for many years

Job is not very rewarding as you cannot do much with the clients, the management doesn't really stick up or support you like they should, shifts are long

Bayshore is one of the best companies I have worked for. They are very flexible when it comes to the amount of hours you want to work as well as the locations that work best for you. There is regular training; some is required and some is optional. The hardest part of the job is when you loose clients that you have had for a long time due to illness, death, or change in their circumstances. It is also hard to keep a regular amount of hours due to these changes in people's lives. Bayshore does their best to secure the amount of hours you would like but sometimes this could be difficult. One of the most enjoyable parts of the job is getting to know so many different people who you know you are also helping and that you are doing what you can to make their lives as happy as possible.

Bayshore home health has been the most rewarding an amazing job I have ever had.I had to leave this job due to family obligations but will return soon

What else can I say... They won't help if you have any problems. every single one of them talks to you like you're garbage. First few weeks the hours are great but after that; nothing! Horrible management.

After first being hired, be ready to have lots of hours. However, after three months, be ready for your hours to start getting slashed. Management, at first, seem to be very supportive of their staff. However, you learn real fast that they will take the word of clients, and act against the employee very quickly. There is no job security here. You will be dropped in a heartbeat, with no looking back, if they think it will appease their clients.

I enjoyed making a difference in the clients home with the care that was provided. I enjoyed communicating with the clients and their families.
I enjoyed staffing the field staff and being able to help out where needed with them.

The hardest part of the job was not being able to keep everybody happy even though you tried everything possible.
