Good place to work if you don't mind the unstable hours, communication is mostly by email, no boss over your shoulder, split work days, eg. work in the morning, off the afternoon, back out in the evening. Your availability is 12 hours a day, but you are lucky if you get 4 hours of work per day, weekends are busier. Travel pay is minimal.
Flexible schedule, nice clients
Work every second weekend, management not always accomodating, not consistent work hours, travel time, wear and tear on car
