At the end of your shift you’ll have a “chat out” and your manager will discuss goals and what happened that day

depends on the manager. most mangers will take you to the back room and give you good constrictive criticism an will support you. others are rude and unprofessional and will do it in front of customers.
Outstanding
Directly. If they experienced an issue with you they would tel you directly. If we were falling behind in sales, they were positive and challenging when approaching reaching our goals.
You are made to feel you can not ask questions without it being used against you, dramatic eye rolls when you are unsure of your role and expectations. Very uncomfortable
Every year they spend 15 minutes with you giving you your review
