You can only work remotely at Aviva if you are chosen too. Also impossible to do any work at home as you do not have complete access to all the systems you need, so you end up doing unpaid overtime at night or on the weekends. And they will not acknowledge that you do this to stay on top of an impossible work load. They know you are doing it as manage knows when you access the systems. But this too will be used against you in reviews, stating that you cannot keep up with your "impossible" workload.
