The management at the time was a joke. The one guy kept after me and he was cheating on his wife. I don't recommend Avis to work with. But they could of changed.

This job alllowed me to learn excellent customer service skills.

The hours were not good and I often didnt get home until after the last flight which was delayed most of the time. You were scheduled and paid for 3 to 11, but you often didnt get home until 1 or 2 am. There were no benefits other than discount off of car rentals.

My location was very busy place in the summer and it made work hours insanely long. The job its self is very fulfilling when a day is done when you know how hard you worked to accomplish what needed to be done that day.

Management was okay, helped us out when needed. That being said, also left us in the dark about things because we were such a remote location.

Co-Workers were great all the years I worked for the company. Wouldn't mind working for Avis again underneath a Agency/Licencee and not for corporate.

Great pay and benefits but management here seriously lack managerial skills. Co workers are friendly and help you out alot. They're always short on cars and customers are constantly yelling at you. Good job for gaining skills but not long term.

It was an ok job

Working for Budget Car Rentals was exciting. You get to meet a lot of people from all over the world since I work at the airport. I have learned a lot about how you can make the customer's happy and will certainly come back because of a great service. The manager's were great. They treat you fairly and with respect. My co-workers are just really helpful and very supportive in every way possible. The hardest part of the job is when you have no car to rent to because of overbooking and customer's are really upset. The most enjoyable part of the job is making the customer happy and satisfied with our excellent service, because I do care, listen and resolve any concern that they may have.
