The Owner was a pathological lier and scaled and cheated apartment complexes, as well as her own employes. Still baffeled on how or why she was able to set up a fake group presentation and say everyone is hired. I don't think this company should be legally allowed to talk about cleanliness let alone specialize in it.
I learned if it sounds too good it is.
Time wasted, money wasted, and trust issues

It’s not a good environment to work in. Toxic and unstable to say the least. Management is all over the place and unfortunately there is no room for growth.
Co-workers were easy going
Lots of hostility, bad management, poor wages
The home looks nice, but it’s not a good place to work. Always short on staff, carer, cleaner, kitchen staff. The management doesn’t care. No support, only more pressure. New staff is coming and going very quickly . Very cliquey and unfair place Xx
The job is fairly easy for the mess hall attendants and Leads alike. You work together to ensure the sanitation of all utensils and lines. And work closely with the cooks to serve the meal set for that day. All items on the J-8 List must be completed which includes all the items that must be on the floor in order to ensure the building is ready to open. It is a team based job and everyone has there part to play in the success of each opening and closing.
Overall this was a good company to work for, management could have been more attentive as there was some favortisim in the company, however, it was goal oriented so we all worked as a team which helped our weeks to go by pretty fast, pay was excellent for my first time working in a factory.
good pay, good hours
short breaks, moved to mexico
A typical care job- short staffed, poor communication, overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. Management changed whilst was there did not improve situation - empty promises and not understanding staff or residents needs. Residents brilliant, some staff ok. Bit of an old staff were better culture. Did not get all breaks and this was not good as was unpaid. Many aspects of job made me unhappy and frustrated. Hardest part of job: dealing with some other staff and some company rules/regulations.. Best part- spending time and helping some fantastic and really interesting residents and some staff
underappriacated, staff culture, overworked
This is a Wonderful place to work in if you are getting ready to retire and earning enough money to live isn't a requirement. Great people, you really learn the importance of balancing your accounts on a daily basis, familiarizing yourself with the general ledger and reconciling it for year end on a monthly basis. The people are wonderful, everyone is above the 50+ age bracket, we communicate well, no one is stepping over your toes, we are all very hands on and helpful with each other. This company defines "Teamwork".
Wonderful work environment
Salary, I have not seen an increase in Salary in 4 years.
A typical work day was keep the production machines running. some days it didn't take a lot. Other days you couldn't catch up. I learned a lot about people and how to communicate with different cultures, and attitudes. Management had very little direct contact with the production floor. The culture varied by shift. It was mostly influenced by the leadership team. The hardest part of my job was learning how to work with all the different personalities. The easiest part was the actual work. I loved what I did, most of the time, and that made it easy.
A typical day consist of staffing and making sure that products are ran to meet the company quality specifications. Making sure that everyone is working safely and productively. I have learned how to manage a department and stabilize the shift and turn it around to be productive. Since being in this position, the production numbers and moral have gone up. The hardest part of the job was hearing that my job was going to Mexico. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with people and encouraging them when they are not feeling up to the job. Seeing them come in at times down and leaving smiling and happy because they are treated like somebody and respected as a person.
a typical day at work included a high demand of professionalism and basic mathematical skills. I learned the importance of hospitality and Customer service. Management was alright there were a few things that could've been worked on. My co-workers were excellent always gave a helping hand when needed. The hardest part of my job was telling a customer "No." The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the smile on your customers face after you had properly served him/her well.
