We try our best to make our hiring process as fast and direct as possible. Our hiring process begins when applicants send their application in online. After reviewing resumes, our recruitment team reaches out to possible candidates, usually in the form of a phone interview, where we try to learn more about you.
This can then lead to an interview at our facility, in which you will answer general questions about a workplace, and more technical questions pertaining to the position you've applied for.
The amount of applicants and/or interviews then determines how long it will be until you hear back from us. It can be as soon as the same day of your interview, or a few days after, but your interviewer will always tell you when to expect an answer from us before your interview is over.
We understand that applicants want a speedy answer, and so with these steps in place, we try to make sure the hiring process doesn't take any more than a few weeks.
At Aversan we try to promote a friendly, clean and exciting work culture. We promote teamwork with our open-concept office space, allowing discussion and brainstorming among employees. Our lunchroom also includes a pool table and video game area, giving employees fun activities to participate in during the day outside of their work projects. Our offices also hold monthly and seasonal events, such as birthday and holiday celebrations, so that our employees are able to take things easy every now and then.
Just a talk and ask a discription about the resume, then some technique questions about the role. Easy.
Our dresscode at Aversan is business casual, which is also reflective of our interview dresscode. We want our employees to be comfortable but still respectful throughout the day.
