Listen to the employees, and learn to empathize. Show some appreciation to those who work very hard to help you line your pockets. Know how to do your own job before criticising others. Stop wasting time on Google in your office. Help your employees when they need help, not just hide in your office all day with the blinds and door closed. Be an actual leader and at the very least, acknowledge your employees.
