Great Staff, Unexperienced Management
Everyone there is a great person. Company and business is great. Management on the other hand is very different at this company. Not one Manager there has had experience anywhere else as a Manager (maybe one or two out of 10+) so they truly believe their way to manage is the best. I suggest looking at other companies, not just AUTOMOTIVE and see how other managers manage their staff. Maybe the automotive industry/ Attrell Toyota can adapt some newer techniques when it comes to staff management.

Terrible experience. Especially their management is so corrupt that they don't have any ethical values
The sales and business managers are so rude, unprofessional, that they are giving favours to those sales persons who are always saying "yes sir" . Even there is a lot of jealousy between the managers. They even don't care about the sales which we are bringing in the company.
Pay is terrible, they don’t care for your well being
Make sure they pay you what you deserve to be paid. They love to over work people but under pay them. my advice is, before the interview ends make sure you’re happy with the wage you are getting!

Overall good company to get some valuable experience
A typical 9 to 5 work week. Friendly, family like environment. Offers good work-life balance. At the same time, no sick leaves as part of the benefits, which in turn makes it mandatory for the staff to present at work even when extremely sick. It reduces productivity for other coworkers working in the same department. I learnt how the maintenance process works at Toyota. Most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with diverse group of customers, understanding their queries and assisting them to offer proper maintenance for their car.
