This pandemic has made all of us question the sustainability of our work industry. Assistenza provided job security throughout the entire pandemic. They are in an industry that will always prosper regardless of the times. I worked in the roadside assistance department which offered (yes you guessed it) roadside assistance to different corporate companies. Every call was different which made it really enjoyable. New challenge every time you pick up the phone.
Indoor parking, friendly surrounding, colleagues are great, growth opportunity

The people are great here. Always fun to talk to them between calls. It's a really exciting and fast paced environment. I think it's a great way to get your foot in the door. Assistenza works with numerous insurance companies and bank and is well known in that industry.

I enjoyed my time here. It has flexible hours with plenty of room for growth if you enjoy the business type industry. I am an engineer student therefore used this good income until i was able to work in my field. Provided me with lots of life skills and qualities. Definitely recommend
If you are ambitious and willing to work managers will give you the necessary tools to succeed. There is a very friendly environment. It's a family feeling that I have not felt elsewhere. I truly enjoyed my experience here. I'm not quite sure how anyone could have a bad experience. It is a great stepping stone for students and others. Trust me on this try it with a good attitude and you will have a great and promising experience with lots of opportunity for growth personally and within the company

I liked working here overall. Very nice co-workers, relatively easy job and it wasn't too stressful either. Other than taking legal calls, you kinda do your admin duties at your own pace. It wasn't a job I hated at all. The only thing that made me hate it was the fact that I was getting paid the same as the call center agents, even though I was doing a lot more work. I voiced my issues with HR and they seemed to have fixed it and raised the hourly salary but sadly I had to leave for other reasons anyway. The culture is really great, I loved working with these people. Would definitely recommend, just be sure to negotiate your salary properly.
Les tâches étaient répétitives et donc monotones. Pas de réelle possibilité d'évoluer et sensation d'être sans cesse chronométrés (certains mettaient des alarmes sur leur téléphone lorsqu'ils prenaient une pause...du jamais vu pour ma part). Je déplore aussi le manque de transparence quant à l'activité de l'entreprise : il s'agit clairement d'une centrale d'appels, on ne passe donc sa journée qu'à répondre. Environnement stressant mais collègues agréables. On peut y travailler quelques temps mais selon les postes il est difficile d'envisager d'y faire une carrière enrichissante.

Professional job environment. Happy environment with lots of opportunity to grow. Great part time job for students as well. Hours are very flexible and superiors are very understanding.
