Excellent company to work with. Great management ! the trainings offered are fantastic. Hours are not always the best but like everything else you need to spend the time and work your way up to get to a sweet spot. Salary could be better because the responsibility and work that is expected to be done really adds value to the organization. Employees are not compensated enough for the work done. A typical days work involves a lot stats to be met hence the stress levels sky rocket. the workplace culture is truly something to take away. The most enjoyable part of the job is customer satisfaction.
Quick paced environment, with unrealistic expectations of employees. don't get on managements bad side or your career will be short lived. However, on the other hand if you rub elbows with the right people you could be promoted to a position that doesn't even exist yet!
The hardest part of the job is accepting that even if you are good at your job, customer feedback dictates your compensation and success. No incentive to be a hard working employee.
Working here was quite the experience. It is fast-paced, so learning the role is essential in training so you don't fall behind. Ask questions if you need help, don't be afraid as it is a team effort to succeed.
